The 1.6L K-Series engine under the bonnet has been upgraded with forged internals, 4-into-1 performance exhaust and an Emerald ECU system, and now produces around 145bhp. Put together, these options provide an excellent base should the new owner wish to increase the power further, and also make a terrific noise.
Combined with a 6 speed close ratio gearbox this car provides the noise and feel of an original Superlight, one of Caterham’s all time most popular models. But with comfortable leather seats inside the carpeted and heated interior, this Supersport offeres a inviting place to sit back and spend some time exploring the open roads.
