Caterham Seven 1800 Supersport

This interesting Seven was first built in 1994. At the time it came with a 1.4L K-Series engine, but since then it has been significantly modified.

This three owner car, who has been with its most recent since 2003 and now boasts a fully forged, 1.8L, dry sumped K-Series engine and has been completed with a 6 speed gearbox and a limited slip differential. It is therefore, quite a trick bit of kit! Usually, a Caterham with a spec list like this, you might expect to be producing 200+ bhp, however in this example, the cams have been kept quite tame, and a standard inlet plenham means this engine produces 145bhp. That however, isnt a bad thing. It means that this Supersport engine is pretty much indestructable, light weight, full of character and actually a beautiful balance for a Caterham which would serve excellently as either a road car, or a focused trackday machine.

Finished in Gravity Black, with full weather equipment and leather seats, this is a Seven which could serve many purposes, and wont break the bank in doing so!
