The revvy 1.6L K-Series engine produces an energetic and engaging drive which is hard to replicate from any of Caterham’s current range. The anti-cavitation system ensures no lack of oil supply whatever the occasion, and the 5 speed gearbox provides the perfect accompaniment to the peaky little K-Series, keeping it in its ideal rev range and providing frantic acceleration.

This Roadsport was originally ordered to take part in Caterham’s Academy series in 2004 before quickly being converted back into a road spec Caterham, complete with heater, full weather equipment and carpeted interior. Having spent the last couple of years being a cherished and very under-used hill climb car, this Roadsport is one of the most immaculately presented Caterhams I have seen in years, despite having some cosmetic blemishes to the body work. The excellently documented history shows that the engine was modestly upgraded, with a huge amount of other diligent servicing and maintance records.
