Caterham 40YOC 125 SV

The 40YOC was a limited edition produced by Caterham in 2013 to commemorate 40 Years Of Caterham Cars. The Limited edition itself was effectively a skin which could be applied to any specification of Seven, and this particular example is in the form of a Roadsport 125 SV.

All 40 of these celebratory editions were plagued and numbered, and all came in this dark maroon red paint with silver graphics kit. These were also the first Seven’s to have the chassis painted in anything other than standard satin black, these all being grey. They also had the silver 40YOC graphics kit, 15" Silver Team Dynamics alloys, grey dashboards and grey piping around the seats.

This particular example has covered just 23,000 miles from new, and arguable represents the Seven in its most usable format. The Roadsport 125 was incredibly refined, easy to drive, comfortable and quite simply a whole lot of fun.
