Caterham Supersport F175

This is a heavily upgraded Supersport, complete Premier Power F175 engine, and ultra-light weight flywheel and clutch.

Premier Power are a Warwickshire based engine builder with an outstanding reputation. After decades of building advanced motorsport engines for the likes of British F4, PP began a regular series of engine builds for Caterham enthusiasts in around 2012. These ranged from mild engine upgrades to extremely high performance fire breathing monsters, and alongside these a number of well developed clutch and flywheel options to help owners get the most from their Sevens.

This F175 upgrade increased the power of the 1.6l Sigma engine from 140 to 175bhp. In addition to this extra power, this Supersport was also fitted with PP’s ultra light weight flywheel and clutch system, sharpening the throttle response and aiding the transfer of power from the engine to the rear wheels. This upgrade gives the car a very revvy nature, with lots of power towards the upper reaches of the rev range, and makes an absolutely sensational noise as it does so. Coupled to a six-speed close ratio gearbox, keeping the revs perfectly in the powerband as you change gear, this car is sensational when pushed!

In addition to the drivetrain, this Supersport has upgraded brakes, Quantum dampers, trackday roll bar, and a full compliment of LED lights.
